Human Resources Administrator

Description We are currently hiring a Human Resources Administrator for our esteemed client in San Diego, CA. This person will play a crucial role in the smooth functioning of the HR department by managing administrative tasks, updating personnel files, and assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes. Responsibilities:

Supporting the HR department in day-to-day administration processes.

Assisting in the organization and implementation of HR policies.

Overseeing and updating HR databases.

Aiding in recruitment procedures - drafting job descriptions, managing postings, conducting preliminary interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.

Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.

At least two years of experience in HR roles.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive data.
