Human Resources Assistant

Description Our client in Valley Center is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join their progressive HR team. As a Human Resources Assistant, you will be instrumental in all facets of HR, including recruitment, employee records maintenance, benefits administration, and policy implementation.Key Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment avenues, including advertising job postings, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking records.

Prepare new employee files and conduct orientation and onboarding procedures.

Assist in administering health and benefits plans and resolve any related issues.

Update and maintain employee benefits, employment status, and significant employment details.

Coordinate training sessions and workshops.

Ensure compliance with labor regulations and provide support for various HR functions.

Requirements

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a HR role.

Familiarity with HRIS and resume databases.

Knowledge of labor legislation.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
