Together, we’re pioneering the future of science and medicine, developing products that enable researchers in the fight to save lives.Are you ready for the next phase of your HR career?!Responsible for delivering core HR functions and support, including talent management, leadership, and associate development, promoting a culture of inclusion and engagement initiatives:Collaboration with functional leaders (departmental heads) to ensure useful plans are in place to drive sustained team development through competency assessment and development planning with associates.

Serve as main point person for the global HR metrics (gathering, auditing, and analyzing) and summarize into monthly reports for leadership and HR Business Partners to drive action and implement countermeasures.

Ensure leadership succession plans and talent funnels are built and nurtured to support future business growth.

Partner with the Talent Management team to develop and sustain robust processes to lead all aspects of talent management as a motivator for OpCo talent strategies (short and long-term).

Active partner with Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely placement of qualified and diverse associates while building and maintaining candidate funnels for key business areas.

Define talent needs, and support leaders to forecast and plan their workforce and talent pipeline requirements in line with the function or business strategy. Support leaders in providing associates with development opportunities that align with current and future business requirements.

Improve communications and engagement with associates by actively engaging and handling the associate survey data. Develop action plans based on feedback and metrics of the survey data and measure the effectiveness of plan execution.

Attend and participate in site leadership meetings with shared facilitating responsibility to promote and supply to the development of site plans, governance processes, and communication to meet the strategic objectives.

Lead and support change management efforts to drive the achievement of business goals.

Mentoring leaders through implementation and support of our talent management tools and leadership development programs to develop high-performing teams.

Required Skills/Experience Bachelors degree required

5+ years HR Business Partner experience

Validated and demonstrated experience in driving the HR function within a regulated environment.

Ability to capture, interpret and analyze sophisticated data

Ability to run cross-functional projects, as proven by previous experience coordinating deadlines and results with multiple partners

Strong oral and written communication skills including presentation skills

Must be able to communicate optimally and interact across several cross-functional teams and all levels inside and outside of the organization

Attention to detail, organized and thorough with a desire for continuous improvement

Proven teamwork, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Proficiencies Effective communicator in a variety of settings from one on one to large groups, applying diligent listening skills and adjusting the message to fit with the audience

Balances needs of business partners to identify, build, and deliver upon opportunities while considering cultural and ethical factors in making fair decisions

Applies critical thinking to ask the right questions, analyze situations with information from diverse sources to uncover root causes, and evaluate the risks and benefits of solutions

Has strong orientation to accomplishing objectives in a measurable and sustainable way, recognizing obstacles while applying resources to overcome these, helping self and others to achieve results.

Possesses the courage to provide direct and concrete feedback, supports others in facing difficult situations/decisions while willing to do the same, and champion potentially unpopular ideas based on sound judgment.

Moderate level of proficiency working in Workday along with strong skills with reporting and analytics

The need to travel will be low (less than 10%)
