Human Resources Coordinator

Description As an HR Coordinator, you'll act as a connection point between the HR department and employees, ensuring that all tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively. Encompassing everything from processing employee data to addressing inquiries to keeping staff records up-to-date, it might just be the role you’ve been looking for.Key Responsibilities:

Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.

Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, and issuing employment contracts.

Maintain the company's calendar, schedule appointments, and conclude onboarding procedures for new hires.

Complete terminations, updates, and changes on new and existing employees' records.

Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.

Collaborate with the HR team to implement various HR programs, procedures, and policies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.

At least 2 years' experience working in a human resources capacity.

Familiarity with HR software and systems.

Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
