Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.

Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Conduct investigations and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.

Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.

Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.

Maintain HRIS records and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Assist with HR reporting and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Stay current on HR trends, laws, and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.

Participate in HR projects and initiatives to support organizational growth and development.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.

Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations, recruitment, and HRIS management.

Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
