Human Resources Generalist

Description We are currently in search of an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of employee relationships, recruiting, payroll, benefits, and training. The primary goal is to provide superior human resource management services that cultivate a work environment favoring employee accountability, high-performance, teamwork, and continuous learning.Responsibilities:

Develop and administer company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated company objectives and federal/state legal requirements.

Manage talent acquisition and recruitment processes.

Conduct employee onboarding and assist with needs assessments, and help to deliver appropriate training.

Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics.

Promote HR programs to build a high-performance culture.

Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.

Support the management in disciplinary and grievance issues.

Manage employees’ grievances.

Deliver useful and engaging learning experiences for employees.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a human resource generalist role.

Knowledge of HR systems and databases.

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.

Working knowledge of employment laws.

GDPR and legal compliance knowledge.

Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
