Human Resources Generalist

Description Our client, a well-established organization, is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join their dynamic team. Acting as a conduit between management and employees, you will have the opportunity to shape the workforce, influence organizational culture, and drive the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives. This role offers varied responsibilities from recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management to compliance with labor regulations.Responsibilities:

Conduct talent acquisition and recruitment processes.

Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics.

Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.

Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.

Undertake tasks related to performance management.

Requirements

Proven experience as an HR Generalist

Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.

Strong knowledge of employment/labor laws.

Excellent communication and people skills.

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
