Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Manager based in Pleasant Hill, California. This role is pivotal within our team, where you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of People Operations strategies, responding to complex inquiries, and maintaining accurate HRIS data integrity and reporting. Responsibilities: Oversee and implement strategic planning for People Operations, ensuring positive customer and employee experiences and efficient processes for growth and compliance. Act as a primary point of contact for complex People Operations inquiries and challenges, providing prompt and comprehensive resolution. Inspire and engage the team through servant leadership, providing clear performance expectations, regular feedback, and detail-oriented development opportunities. Ensure job responsibilities and expectations are clearly defined, communicated, and appropriately distributed and that staff is trained and coached to succeed in a high-volume environment. Build credibility and trust by actively seeking feedback, identifying and resolving operational inefficiencies, and demonstrating a growth mindset. Conduct comprehensive root cause analysis for problems, defining and documenting the problem statement, recommendations, and next steps. Regularly review, audit, and monitor People Operations cases for quality, accuracy, and coaching opportunities. Support system integrations, releases, and expansions; collaborate to develop, configure, modify and test system enhancements, updates, and requirements. Utilize HRIS dashboards and tools to obtain, store and analyze pertinent data and metrics, applying a data-driven approach to assess organizational metrics and provide trends and insights. Maintain accuracy and consistency in employee data records, HRIS inputs, fields, and configurations to ensure data integrity and enable high-quality reporting.Requirements Should possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources. Demonstrable expertise in Benefit Functions is essential. Strong communication skills are a must for this role. Experience in Compliance is required. Proficiency in managing Employee Relations is necessary. Experience in Change Management is expected. Familiarity with HR Compliance is essential. Ability to develop and implement HR Strategy is required. Knowledge of HR Policy is necessary. Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) Administration is required. Experience in conducting New Employee Orientation is essential. Demonstrable skills in Organizational Development are needed. Experience in Performance Management is required. Familiarity with Policies & Procedures is necessary. Experience in Training & Development is essential. Ability to conduct Workforce Analysis is a key requirement.
