Description We’re seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department. As a vital leader in the organization, you’ll ensure the balance between employee satisfaction and business objectives while driving initiatives such as recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall company objectives.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes to ensure a seamless and supportive employee experience.
Manage and administer compensation, benefits, and budget planning.
Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, coaching, and the development of performance improvement plans.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace regulations, and company policies across all levels of the organization.
Provide guidance to managers on HR-related concerns and best practices.
Develop and conduct training programs to foster professional growth and compliance awareness.
Monitor and analyze key HR metrics, providing actionable insights and strategies to leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR) are preferred.
Previous experience in an HR leadership role; minimum of 5 years managing HR teams.
Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, benefits administration, and best practices.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
Experience with HRIS tools and systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic thinking skills with the ability to balance employee needs with organizational priorities.
