HVAC Residential Installation Manager

We specialize in residential Heating and Air installation and are looking for a person to manage our install team. This consists of managing 15 - 20 installers, that include foreman's, general installers and supply drivers.

Your duties would include:

Coordinating and scheduling new installations

Update sales and service staff of available install dates

Dispatching installers and Forman's

You will be in direct contact with our foreman's through the day.

Managing install hours and verifying time sheets

Check and verify install truck inventory

Disciplinary actions

Implementing safety trainings

Driving to jobsites in a company truck to provide onsite safety inspections

Working with Warehouse manager to provide accurate job costing

Setting up manufacture trainings

Install meetings and salary reviews

Learning and training of new systems

Clean driving record and insurable

May require customer interaction when problems arise

This position requires a good general knowledge of residential systems, we install Lennox, Trane, Ruud, Fujitsu and Mitsubishi system, Service Titan operation (We will provide training), Safety protocols, Bilingual is a plus but not needed.
