We’re a locally owned, family-style HVAC company serving homes and businesses on Kauai and Oahu, Hawaii. We take pride in our craftsmanship, aloha spirit, and treating our team like family. With steady year-round work and great local customers, we’re growing — and we’re looking for skilled HVAC Technicians and Installers to join our ohana.

We are hiring a new crew to install Daikin mini split air conditioners in a brand new condo development on the south shore of Kauai. If you have lived or would like to live and work a good job on the beautiful Kauai island, this is a great opportunity for you.

Location: Kauai, Hawaii

Pay: $35–$50/hr (DOE)

Start Date: December (TBD)

Your Role:

Install, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems

Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues

Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Requirements:

EPA 608 Certification (or willing to obtain)

Two years HVAC experience

Valid Hawaii driver’s license (or willing to obtain) and clean driving record

Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
