Location: Newport Beach, CA Description: Our client is currently seeking a Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analysts

Job Description:

Summary:

Actively seeking a talented Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analysts who will be responsible for delivering enterprise access management to the end-user community. In this role you will work with the business, service leads, and stakeholders at an enterprise and divisional level to fulfill business needs and requirements for operations and projects. Support internal and external audit efforts of user accounts, approval processes and access changes utilizing enterprise and divisional auditing tools and process documentation. Identity, develop, document and follow process improvements to provide consistency and establish accelerated delivery methods in relation to the enterprise demand / request fulfillment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Perform provisioning and deprovisioning functions according to standardized procedures and within the required service level agreement.

2.Provide the necessary follow up with the end-users to ensure the request has been completed successfully.

3.Conduct daily work activities based on enterprise ticketing system and assigned queues providing the required updates and various status levels.

4.Provide a positive and professional experience while working with the end-users to assist in addressing issue resolution.

5.Create and update provisioning guides as changes to systems and provision methods evolve.

6.Identity opportunities for improvement in process efficiencies and communication methods.

7.Provide management awareness on any known escalations that require visibility and attention.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

•At least two years of Identity and Access Management experience or similar operations model working in a fast paced and transformative corporate environment

•Strong understanding and multiple years of experience in managing Microsoft Active directory including user account creation, associated attributes, groups, group membership, file shares while working within a multi-domain environment

•Experience working with the ServiceNow or similar enterprise request system

•Strong communication skills to allow for effective communication with the end-users

•Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions

•Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions

Must be a self-starter and detail oriented

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Must Have

•At least two years of Identity and Access Management experience or similar operations model working in a fast paced and transformative corporate environment

•Experience working with the ServiceNow or similar enterprise request system

•Strong understanding and multiple years of experience in managing Microsoft Active directory
