seeking a female 45+ (mandatory), IHSS-registered (mandatory) caregiver+ platonic(!) companion, insured car required (I pay for gas + free parking)

to assist and help me at home And help me get back out in the world after a long illness from which I'm now recovering.

Downtown apt 104 hrs/mo-26hrs/wk (4-5 days/wk ($2000/mo), easy work, frequent outdoor recreation, flexible schedule, I am great company for a fun gig.
