Glazing Estimator - Los Alamitos

$25 - $43/hour

Key Responsibilities:

- Review project specifications and architectural drawings

- Cost estimations

- Vendor and supplier management

- Quantity Take-Offs: Perform precise quantity take-offs of glazing material and components to determine accurate project cost

- Bid preparation

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Glazing Estimator with 3+ years of relevant experience in the glazing or construction industry

- In-depth knowledge of glazing systems and construction methodologies

- Professional certifications in estimating or construction management are a plus

- Ability to read and interpret construction project specifications and blueprints

- Proficiency in estimating software, preferably GDS or Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Word and Excel

- Strong analytical and mathematical skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong organizational skill and detail oriented

Molding Technician - Long Beach

$30 - $40/hour

Key responsibilities:

- Start up and troubleshoots assigned machines, and updates Setup Worksheets, and purge material in a timely manner prior to the beginning of next job

- Verify that the correct mold has been setup per the Setup Checklist and the Bill of Materials, and ensure all scrape is segregated, counted, and recorded as directed

- Understand and follow the Bill of Materials regarding materials and auxiliary equipment as shown in the work instruction document

- Assist in setup of robots and startup of interface between robot and machine as directed as well as assist in setting up all support and auxiliary equipment needed for the job

- Check work order to ensure correct material is staged at machine in timely manner and log any changes throughout the entire run for every job on the Process Change Log

- Troubleshoot problems and assist in performing repairs when machines develop problems, preferably, while processes continue to run as well as report unsafe conditions to shift supervisor for immediate action

- Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness of the machines and work area within the cell and of the entire production department

- Perform other tasks as needed or required

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience as Molding Technician or Process Technician

- Must have a valid Driver License to operate a forklift

- High School Diploma or GED is required

- Knowledgeable of scientific molding principles and RJG courses

- Master Molder is preferred

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular, repetitive basis

- Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and reach in various directions

- Great communication skills as well as hand dexterity, see clearly at close/far distances (corrective lenses), color recognition, depth perception, peripheral awareness

Maintenance Technician - Long Beach

$25 - $40/hour

Key responsibilities:

- Perform scheduled and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production hours as well as perform regular preventative maintenance on machines, support equipment, and plant facilities

- Perform maintenance and repairs on air conditioning systems and cooling systems as well as perform Maintenance Mechanic activities that may include mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, robot, and PLC

- Read and interpret equipment manuals necessary to perform repairs to required machinery

- Detect faulty operations/machinery and report findings to the Maintenance Manager promptly

- Additional duties may be assigned as necessary by the Maintenance Manager

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in performing maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and/or robotics systems

- 5+ years of experience is preferred

- Experience with plastic injection molding is a plus

- High School Diploma or GED is required

- Must have a valid Driver License to operate a forklift

- Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and reach in various directions as well as able to be mobile in tight or uneven spaces

- Great verbal and written communication skills as well as good hand dexterity

- Ability to safely trace electrical circuits with a multi-meter and wiring schematic to find faulty components

Manual Machinist - Los Alamitos

$25 - $35/hour

Key Responsibilities:

- Fabricate metal pats according to specifications using manual mill/lathe/drill press/band saw as needed

- Work with different materials including aluminum, steel, stainless, etc.

- Ensure fabricated parts meet specifications and within tolerances

Qualifications:

- 1+ year of experience with manual mill or lathe

- Machine shop training up to 6 months can replace work experience

- Great hand eye coordination and ability to think on feet

Truck Treater/Delivery Driver - Signal Hill

$28 - $32/hour

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver various hazmat chemicals to clients and customers throughout the LA and Long Beach area

- Transfer hoses

Qualifications:

- Must have Class A or B CDL License with Hazmat, Tanker and Air Brake Endorsement

- Prior oil experience is preferred

- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

- HS Diploma or GED is required

- Must have good driving record

Key Responsibilities:

- Load/unload products and/or boxes to and from truck

- Palletize products/boxes

- Shipping and receiving tasks

- Inventory control & cycle counts

- Pick and pack & label

- Shrink wrap products

- Follow all safety rules and regulations

- May need to operate pallet jack and/or forklifts

Qualifications:

- 6+ months of experience in shipping and receiving

- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

- Have moderate computer skills & math skills

- Good organizational and communication skill

- Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Create BOL

- Process Shipment

- Answer Emails

Qualifications:

- 2-5 years of experience in shipping/receiving

Qualifications:

Material Handler - Long Beach

$17.25/hour (2nd Shift)

Key responsibilities:

- Ensure that all raw material, work in process, quarantine, and mixes are properly packaged, identified, stored and handled at all times

- Organize the work to meet the production schedule notifying the Materials Manager of any delays encountered in setup or operation relating to materials

- Verify operation of peripheral equipment, (i.e. hopper loaders, dryers, blenders etc.)

- Support production by conveying conforming raw materials from storage to point of production in a large fast paced manufacturing environment

- Read work orders and follow instructions along with complying with established Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions within the work environment

- Perform regular daily and weekly maintenance as assigned, (i.e. filter, hoses, dryers, blenders etc.)
