In-Home Assistant - Young Adult w/Autism (ABA)

Job starts August 1st.

Seeking a reliable energetic aide to assist a happy good looking active 23 yr. old male with severe autism from 8:30am to 2pm daily (3 day minimum or full time). Client is minimally verbal with sensory sensitivity but completely mobile, coordinated and cooperative.

Client will have an ABA program at home which requires an adult aide present.

Duties include direct protective supervision and assistance with daily living skills in the home and when in the community.

Daily living skills assistance includes meal prep, toileting, medications, brushing teeth, dressing. light housekeeping and laundry.

Candidate should have experience with developmentally disabled individuals. ABA/behavioral training is required and will be provided to maintain client's current level of happiness and cooperation:)
