We’re a growing plumbing company hiring a mid-level in-house software developer to build and maintain internal tools used daily by our operations team. This is a hands-on role with real ownership — and no agencies.

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain internal business software

Improve tools for scheduling, service history, and maintenance.

Work directly with non-technical users and management

Requirements

3–6 years professional development experience

Strong in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript

Experience with web frameworks and SQL databases

Comfortable working independently on real-world systems
