In-Room Dining Manager

What you will be doing:Reporting to the Assistant Director, Food & Beverage, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:             Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceLead and manage the In Room Dining and Minibar team and ensure service standards are followedAddress guest concerns and react quickly and professionallyTrain Colleagues & supervisors in the absence of the trainerBalance operational, administrative and Colleague needsConduct regularly scheduled departmental meetingsMaximize revenues by communicating regularly with the Food and Beverage teams to implement agreed upon strategies and practicesHave full knowledge of all In Room Dining menusFollow outlet policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverageOther duties as assignedSalary Range: $79,000-$105,000 USD Gross AnnuallyYour experience and skills include:Previous  Food & Beverage leadership experience requiredPrevious point of sale system experience requiredComputer literate in Microsoft Window applications requiredUniversity/College degree in a related discipline an assetExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced environmentAbility to work cohesively as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesPhysical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to): Seated computer work, including constant keyboarding and mousingOccasional lifting up to 25lbsTo keep our employees and the general public safe from the threat of COVID-19 and the rise of variants in the community, Fairmont San Francisco has implemented a COVID-19 Vaccination Policy.Visa Requirements:
