Enthusiastic, creative, service-oriented person READY to make a difference in the lives of adults with Developmental Disabilities. Flexible hours; Full time or Part time; Contra Costa Area. Guide and mentor persons who are living independently to "live fully" and to be responsible and successful. According to each individuals need you would "life coach" in some of the following areas; menu planning, Grocery shopping, Nutrition, Medical appts., Household Maintenance, Budgeting-money management, Cooking, Laundry, Community resources, Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
