Position Summary

We are seeking passionate and qualified infant and toddler teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate is an experienced educator who embraces the Montessori philosophy and is committed to supporting the developmental needs of children aged 3 months-6 years. We are currently hiring for both Lead and Assistant guides who are excited to be part of building a new school serving Orange County families.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment

Guide children through individual and group Montessori lessons

Observe and assess student development, adapting instruction to meet individual needs

Foster independence, respect, and a love of learning in each child

Communicate effectively with parents and other staff

Collaborate with fellow educators to support a cohesive school community

Maintain classroom materials and documentation per Montessori standards

Qualifications

Montessori Certification (AMS, AMI, or MACTE accredited)

12 credits ECE units (including credits in Infant development), plus minimum of an Associate’s degree

Minimum 2 years experience teaching in a Montessori environment

Strong classroom management and observational skills

CPR/First Aid Certification

Criminal Record Clearance (LiveScan)

Passion for early childhood education and the Montessori method

Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
