Influencer Manager Needed.

Roles & Responsibilities

-Identify Aligned Influencers: Source and vet social media influencers within the 10,000–100,000 follower range whose personal brands align with our brand.

-Outreach & Onboarding: Initiate contact, negotiate collaboration terms, and onboard influencers for a product-for-posts partnership.

- Campaign expectation: Influencers will create and share 2–3 posts per week for 4 consecutive weeks, including an initial unboxing video. Detailed content guidelines will be provided.

- Contract Management: Ensure all participating influencers review and sign the influencer agreement prior to campaign initiation.

- Product Fulfillment Coordination: Oversee the timely delivery of product packages to influencers.

- Link & Tracking Setup: Generate unique tracking links for each influencer to include in their content for performance monitoring.

- Content Tracking: Maintain an organized spreadsheet to log and track influencer posts, ensuring all content deliverables are met.

- Relationship Management: Maintain consistent communication with influencers—checking in multiple times per week—to encourage timely posting and foster strong working relationships.

- Reporting: Provide weekly updates to the Brand team, highlighting influencer activity and compliance with posting schedules.

Compensation:

$20 per influencer successfully signed and managed for a full 4-week campaign cycle.

There is no cap on earnings—manage 300 influencers and unlock unlimited potential!
