InfoSec Campaign Project Manager

Job title: InfoSec Campaign Project Manager Location: Austin, TX OR Sunnyvale, CA Duration: 12+ months Rate: market DOE and Location Remarks: Candidate MUST relocate before start date if hired. Our client is a leading Computer Technology Giant named after a Fruit. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive security related projects. Responsibilities Working with partners across the enterprise to drive security-related initiatives that can improve Company's security posture. Campaigns typically are one of 3 main types of projects: o Remediation from threat response activities o Hygiene/clean up of technical debt within the enterprise o Publicity/awareness campaigns to assist our team and partner teams with awareness around their products, tools and services Collecting and organizing data for an upcoming campaign from a variety of data sources (MDM, Excel, other data sources as needed) Tracking status and updates on campaigns in our ticketing system - Radar and our tracker in Confluence Providing accurate metrics and status on campaigns to leadership Working with appropriate external teams to identify specific metrics for campaign completion (i.e success criteria - # of users impacted, objective of the campaign, and other items identified as needed) Working inside the Customer Experience team to engage all Customer Experience teams to drive the end result (working w/Words team for comms reviews, working with Training to share learnings of the campaign into the training bucket) Adapting to new tools and systems as needed - as tools needed made change on a per campaign basis End to end customer support, engagement and reporting for the campaign Acting as the liaison between stakeholders for the campaign and impacted users Identifying opportunities for process improvement as a result of the campaign Requirements 3+ years of project management experience Fluent in Microsoft Office and with this clients Productivity Suite, experience in using MacOS Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills Experience with making data-driven decisions Very strong organizational skills and good documentation ability (meeting notes, etc.) Cross-functional project management experience and experience running meetings Technical implementation experience Nice to Have: Previous experience in Confluence, Wrike, Quip and Box a plus Security experience a plus Proactive personality with a desire to over-communicate and collaborate a plus Tableau experience a plus Experience in using ticketing systems for work tracking is a plus If interested, please send a 3 page resume with your full legal name, contact info and rate to
