Inside Sales & Marketing Coordinator

The Role

We’re looking for an organized, proactive Inside Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our sales team and help drive marketing initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with customers, keeping things running smoothly, and using creative tools to develop marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the sales team with quotes, proposals, and order follow-up.

Manage customer inquiries via phone and email.

Track leads, sales activities, and opportunities in CRM software.

Create and edit marketing materials (flyers, presentations, social media posts, email campaigns).

Help coordinate events, promotions, or campaigns to drive sales.

Maintain accurate sales and marketing reports.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in inside sales support, customer service, or sales administration.

Interest and/or background in marketing.

Comfortable using design/marketing tools.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Proficient with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; CRM experience a plus.
