Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative - Automotive Aftermarket - FT & PT Available

Are you a car, truck or SUV enthusiast who believes that vehicles are for personalizing and not just transportation? Accesspeed is a small but growing aftermarket retailer, specializing in specific brands and vehicle groups. Accesspeed is currently looking for motivated people interested in joining our team as inside sales and customer service representatives. Sales are inbound (no outbound calling) generated from our website, social media, advertising, and marketplace platforms like Amazon, Walmart, eBay and Etsy.

Job Requirements:

· A basic understanding of how vehicles work, the ability to talk with customers on the phone and via email/chat, and a desire to learn and grow.

· The ability to explain mechanical concepts in laymen’s terms, such as how a longer muffler creates a deeper exhaust tone.

· Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel mostly), Firefox, Google Chrome, MS Edge, etc.

Job Duties:

· Assist customers in making purchase decisions for their vehicles.

· Resolve customer service issues (mostly people asking for tracking numbers or where they can find a local installer) with precision and patience.

· Processing orders using common sense and timeliness, with light data entry.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Hands on experience building or maintaining your personal vehicles.

· Experience in sales, account management, and/or technical support is a plus.

Job Type: We have both Full-time and Part-time positions open

Full-time Shift:

8 hours per day

Part-time Shift:

4-6 hours per day

Work Setting/Location:

In-person in Camarillo office Monday-Friday

Accesspeed has no benefits package at this time, however as we grow over the next 24-months, we will add benefits including Health Insurance, PTO and Retirement/401K.

We are very flexible with our Part-time position hours, which is great for students and parents who need to pick-up kids.
