Location: Mountain View, CA Description: Our client is currently seeking a Instructional Designer

Qualifications & Requirements:

Mandatory:

5+ year of experience working in an educational capacity.

Equity-oriented understanding of instructional design methodologies, tools and techniques

Experience with curriculum design at scale, including creating learning objectives, evaluation, and assessment

Proven interdepartmental and teamwork skills

High tolerance and enthusiasm for ambiguity, change and working in a fast-paced environment

Excellent critical thinking and communication skills

Must also be driven, proactive, detail-oriented

Desired:

Experience with Computer Science / STEM curriculum design

Strong Computer Science / technical background

Hands-on experience in a classroom environment and experience working directly with students

Familiarity with the current CS education landscape and best practices
