If that s you, let s talk! Job Type : Contract to Hire Location : Tempe, Arizona Pay : Great Pay! Job Description Seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with a background in print collateral. The ideal candidate must work well with external clients, and be able to take direction from written and spoken instructions. This position will work directly with our sales team and their clients who are Real Estate Agents. You will meet with clients to gain an understanding of what they want their brand and communications to look and feel like. Some clients may have previous examples of their brand they want followed while others may not. Heavy focus on print design while there may be needs for digital media. HTML is not a requirement. Excellent verbal and written communication and a customer service outlook is expected. This position is focused on creating a positive experience for real estate agents who need help with their brand. All design direction will come from the client and you must be able to follow the client s feedback or revision requests. You will be communicating often and must be comfortable holding meetings virtually, and possibly eventually in person when appropriate. You must be organized as you'll often find that you're juggling several projects almost simultaneously. Experience you will need: - 3-5 years of experience in graphic design
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of setting up files for printing
- Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service mindset
- Excellent eye for detail
- Time Management skills
- Handles design feedback / change requests with professionalism
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
