Our agency currently has 3 team members working together to serve our clients.

Responsibilities

Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients about insurance options.

Work with the agent to establish and achieve sales and marketing goals.

Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs.

Market and present State Farm products including auto, home, life, and health insurance.

Requirements

Sales experience (outside/inside sales, retail, telemarketing, or related) preferred

Strong track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred

Enthusiastic about helping customers protect what matters most

Self-motivated and detail oriented

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Property & Casualty license (must have or be able to obtain)

Life & Health license (must have or be able to obtain)
