As an IP Operations Agent, you’ll investigate account-related abuse and support policies related to IP protection at Company. The IP Ops Team is dedicated to protecting the Client community by removing infringing content and bad accounts/businesses so that can discover and share the things they love safely and securely. What You’ll Do: - Be responsible for enforcing our IP and trademark policies related to IP protection at Company- Process removal requests efficiently and accurately, which may involve a large volume of tickets- Learn and enforce our company policies and community guidelines - Respond to rights holder inquiries relating to their accounts and/or websites - Work cross-functionally with a diverse, distributed team in order to streamline and optimize operational processes Qualifications:What we're looking for: - Familiarity with copyright and online intellectual property issues- Motivated team player capable of working independently - Willingness to learn multiple sets of policies quickly - A detail oriented individual with the ability to remain focused over extended periods of time- Strong communication skills Skills:Required- STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS
