Interior Design/construction Site Assistant

We are the owner-builders of a home to be rebuilt in Santa Monica.

Job Description Includes:

Collaborate with the owner to develop and track construction documents.

Help select and source materials.

Conduct administrative duties.

Requirements/Competencies:

- Easy accessibility to Santa Monica

- Previous Interior Design Experience

- Strong organizational skills

- Proficient with Outlook, MS Word and Excel is a plus

- Your own computer.

- Your own car.

Job Type: Part-Time (20 hours, possibly more depending on workload).

Pay: $35per hour to start.

Work Location: 50% in your home/office and 50% Santa Monica. We are flexible as long as we see that work is getting done.
