Interior Designer & Project Manager

Collaborate with design team and be responsible for establishing and communicating design conceptsPrepare materials for presentation to client including assembly and review of material and furniture options, rendered finish plans and elevations and perspectivesWork closely with outside architecture firms to oversee projects and structural plansOversee and select materials, FF&E, construction, and fabrication methodsCoordinate with consultants, contractors, fabricators, and vendors to meet project objectives and deadlinesOversee production of schematic design, design development and construction documentsManage project communication internally and externallyManage schedule and project deliverablesCultivate and preserve strong internal and external relationships, managing expectations and ensuring an appropriate level of communication at all times​
