Position Summary: Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about keeping things running smoothly? As our Inventory Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring we have the products, materials, and supplies needed to provide exceptional service to our customers. You’ll oversee inventory management processes, streamline operations, and help identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

What You’ll Do

Stay on top of inventory: Track and maintain inventory levels, reordering as needed.

Organize for success: Manage the flow of inventory items to meet operational requirements.

Keep us accountable: Conduct physical inventory checks in the warehouse and service vehicles to ensure accuracy.

Drive improvements: Collaborate with the CFO to identify and implement process improvements.

Protect what matters: Develop loss prevention strategies and protocols.

Be a problem solver: Identify gaps in inventory processes and resolve any challenges that arise.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in inventory control or a related role.

Skills:

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Excellent math and analytical skills.

Proficiency with inventory software and general computer skills.

Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Fork lift certification a plus, but not required.

Mindset: You’re proactive, solutions-oriented, and love finding ways to make systems more efficient.
