Their presence spans across the United States.As an integral part of the team, the Investor Relations Associate, reporting to the Vice President, will contribute significantly to the core functions of our operations. This involves crafting marketing materials, coordinating investor communications and meetings, addressing inquiries, and supporting fundraising endeavors.Your Responsibilities:

Collaborate in the creation, refinement, and maintenance of marketing materials and investor communications, necessitating cross-departmental coordination.

Assist in streamlining operational processes within the Investor Relations (IR) department while maintaining records across various systems like CRM, Smartsheet, and MS Teams.

Contribute to the management and coordination of investor events, marketing materials, and guest lists.

Support the cultivation and maintenance of existing and prospective investor relationships.

Manage day-to-day IR operations, including inbox management, list maintenance, reconciliation, data integrity, and addressing ad-hoc requests.

Generate reports on specific investor metrics and conduct relevant research.

Requirements

Your Profile:

Hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience.

Possess over 4 years of experience in investment management and/or real estate, with a focus on investor relations and business development.

Demonstrated understanding of broader financial markets and indices; a keen interest in real estate, coupled with experience in private funds, finance, and accounting, is beneficial.

Exhibit exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

Display strong project management and process-oriented capabilities, with a track record of establishing and overseeing processes.

Thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments, and exhibit a strong commitment to excellence and integrity as a team player.
