Job Description

  • Responsible for building a comprehensive set of Analytics around the Partner Program key KPI ( recruit, enablement, marketing, sales, support, success) across Technology, Reseller and SI partner categories
  • Work closely with the Partner Program Operations team to drive actionable insights
  • Oversee partner reporting in close collaboration with the Revenue operation team, Marketing operations team and other stakeholders
  • Responsible for monthly and quarterly update on the health of the business

Qualifications

  • Strong data management/analytical and Excel/Google sheets skills.
  • Analytical mind and ability to problem solve
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (powerBi, excel, CRM), Partner Resource Management (PRM) a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to interact with and influence functional and regional executives
  • Research, identify and solve problems, develop proposals, conduct analysis independently and in collaboration with others.
  • Logical thinker that can be the tactical implementer of new programs
  • Detail oriented and owns projects and issues through resolution
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of operational experience, ideally in a salesops, channel/partner program function
  • Sense of humor
