Responsibilities
  • Enthusiastically provide desktop support as needed via face-to-face interaction, slack, zoom, teams, email, telephone, and video conferencing
  • Triage and escalate any issues related to our corporate IT infrastructure for both internally hosted and cloud services. It includes services like O365 E-mail, MS-Office, Google workspace, printers, wired and wireless networks, audio, video conferencing, Building Access & Security
  • Resolve IT-related incidents and service requests using JIRA Service Desk/confluences; prepare weekly, onboarding and offboarding and monthly JIRA reports
  • Perform desktop support duties, including level 1,2 troubleshooting of desktop applications and network issues and engaging with engineering/ network and other consultants as needed
  • Maintain Microsoft/Azure Active Directory and, Azure SSO platform for user provisioning and integration with business applications
  • Experience managing content management (g drive, box, dropbox, one driver , etc.)
  • Patch management / MDM hands on experience, preferred VMware WS1 or AirWatch
  • Track and maintain office equipment inventory and health of machines using Monitoring, Asset Management, and Endpoint Security tools
  • Maintaining our technical facilities to the highest standard through cable management, workstation installations, rack-mounting, etc.
  • Completing documentation on confluence and other technical projects and tasks as needed
  • Required Skills
  • 4+ years of experience in provisioning and managing users in hosted Azure AD/ groups, SSO, Exchange, Microsoft Office365, , Atlassian admin, G-Suite, and Microsoft Active Directory, and triage permissions/access-related issues
  • 4+ years of experience in configuring user machines with business applications on MacOS and Windows and Patch management tools manually and with patch management tools.
