- Provide Tier I Level support in an onsite and nationwide multi-site location environment
- Respond to hardware and software requests to include MS Suite of Products
- Respond to technical support calls or tickets and follow up appropriately
- Perform PC and computer setup, maintenance, and installation of software for new users.
- Send and ship IT equipment to new users across the country, maintain IT inventory
- Several years of hands-on experience in a desktop or helpdesk environment
- Proficient in MS Office products including: Word, Outlook, Power Point, and Excel
- Experience in troubleshooting PCs, Laptops, and peripherals in a networked environment
- Familiar with MS Windows 7, 10 and MAC OS familiarity is a plus
- Basic Networking LAN support and troubleshooting experience, including Ethernet and Wi-Fi
- Experience with ERP, CMS and O365 is a plus but not required
