- Lead a team of managers and staff responsible for Desktop Management and Office Productivity tools service delivery standards, key project initiatives and establishment of a technology roadmap for technology maintenance and refresh requirements in a managed services IT delivery company
- Develop and institutionalize policies and procedures to support the implementation of IT service delivery strategies for desktop management and office productivity tools
- Oversee effectiveness of team managing and troubleshooting client desktop related and standard office tool issues
- Ensure timely and effective practices are maintained to support software updates, patching, internal/external audit, and cybersecurity compliance
- Work closely with project management teams and clients to analyze and identify technology solutions and approach to fulfill business requirements
- 10+ years of proven enterprise IT leadership
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting Windows/Mac/Linux OS
- Experience managing team responsible for Microsoft MECM and MS O365 administration
- Needs to be able to take general direction and run with it
- Excellent communications skills to work closely with customers
- Ability to present ideas and recommendations to leadership
- Understanding of solutions and field service requirements in a healthcare environment
- Critical thinker experienced at tackling complex problems with innovative solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and organization skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Manage support teams 24x7 as needed
