• Minimum 15+ years of IT experience
• Minimum 3+ years of Cloud Ops management experience
• Good understanding of Cloud ERP systems like Oracle ERP Cloud or SAP Cloud or SFDC
• Strong Project Management, Operations management, and Stakeholder management skills
• Good handle on change management and executive communications
• Supply Chain domain experience is added advantage
