IT Security Manager (Hyrbid)

We are seeking an immediate need for a IT Security Manager to join a leading provider of auto financing solutions. This is a direct hire, hybrid role located in Santa Ana, CA. The IT Security Manager will work to ensure that the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company data and systems is protected against malicious actors. To accomplish this, the person in this role will be expected to oversee the selection, implementation, and management of security policies, protocols, and technologies.

• Direct all operational Information Security efforts, including patch and vulnerability management, cryptography, identity and access management, incident response, and general IT Control developments.
• Develop security architecture, aligning technologies to support security controls and strategies.
• Responsible for leading the day-to-day IT Security operational activities.
• Manage security team members and all other information security personnel.
• Partners with the IT Leadership and other leaders to continuously improve IT Security Strategy and manages alignment with IT and business goals.

• 5+ years of progressive supervisory experience in the IT field, preferably in the consumer finance industry
• Excellent understanding of broad spectrum of technologies to include operations system, active directory, DNS, Messaging
• Strong understanding of all significant components of an overall IT security and architecture (infrastructure, applications, data management, etc.) including knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, VLANS, Trunking) and routing architecture.
• Proven ability to develop and implement IT policies and procedures based on regulatory adherence and industry best practices, including practices around safekeeping Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
