Description:Support IT / OT systems in the QC Labs. The position will support the applications, IT systems, and instruments in the QC Lab. This position is onsite 5 days a week 8 hours a day. The successful candidate will be a self-starter that can work with a team or independently. The position will respond to requests and support tickets from the quality control labs. They will take part in projects supporting the QC labs.

The specific responsibilities of this position include:Provide advanced technical support for IT systems and end users.Responsible for administering and maintaining applications, assisting users, and managing service desk incidents.Support of new hire orientation activity is required.Work with business units to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues impacting business users and processes.Assigned new project work implementing and deploying systems, applications or processes as needed.Participate in change control within operations of OT (operational technology) environment.Provide varying levels of technical assistance to end users as a component of managing service requests.Perform system administration on multiple core IT/OT platforms as trained/required (Citrix, HPLC)Troubleshoot system outages and other issues impacting systems and users.Provide documentation for the preparation, deployment, procedures, and design of IT / OT environments.Understand verification regarding acceptable performance and accessibility of newly deployed IT / OT solutions.Work with third party vendors/partners to troubleshoot access issues or other application problems.Work schedule includes 'out of normal' work hours for IT / OT support & monthly maintenance.Other related duties as assigned.

Required Education, Skills, and ExperienceBS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education/work experience with 2-4+ years of relevant experience supporting Enterprise IT / OT environments and solutions in an IT / OT Service position or similar role.Strong experience provisioning new users with IT equipment and access.Demonstrated experience with administration of IT / OT SystemsStrong experience with Windows Operating SystemsExcellent understanding of network connectivity and troubleshooting related user issuesDemonstrated understanding of IT Support as part of a business function (SLA's, ITIL practices, etc.)Strong technical writing and oral communication skillsProven and successful experience in a mid-size corporate environment, strong collaborator in a team atmosphere, thrives on new challenges, and has a demonstrated history successfully executing technology solutions for business challenges.
