- Monitors, troubleshoots, & supports Windows, Mac, Linux servers, Dell Compellent SAN, VMware, MS Exchange, and SharePoint Server
- Experience with Cloud products including Office 365.
- Analyzes, installs, acquires, modifies, and supports operating systems, database, or utilities software
- De-bug & resolve a variety of Windows & Linux server hardware & software problems. Debug hardware & software systems
- Troubleshoots and resolves network & server connectivity problems
- Sets up and installs new server hardware & software according to existing standards & procedures
- Provides technical & applications support to Service desk staff. Provides systems administration & support for engineering systems (e.g., SolidWorks - EPDM, MSC Nastran & CATIA)
- Plans, conducts, and directs the analysis of business problems with automated systems solutions
- Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
- Review new and existing application design projects and procurement or outsourcing plans for compliance with standards and architectural plans.
- Establish and maintain regular written and in-person communications with the organization’s executives, decision-makers, stakeholders, department heads, and end users regarding pertinent application or server activities.
- Perform the planning, acquisition, and coordination of infrastructure designs, projects, and scalability.
- Collaborate with end users and senior management to define business requirements for complex infrastructure development and gain buy-in for all infrastructure architecture plans.

- Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience providing IT Systems Administration support
