IT Systems Administrator

The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining core IT infrastructure, systems, and support services to ensure reliable and secure operations across the organization, reporting to the IT Director on the IT team. A full-time position, the schedule is generally Monday-Friday for a total of 40 hours. Although the position is regularly Monday-Friday, ministry happens in the evenings and during the weekends. All Mariners staff are expected to work during Christmas Eve and Easter services, as well as participate in Rooted once/year.Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests related to IT issuesMaintain computer systems and act as support if any system goes down.Responsible for PC’s, Printers, Servers and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc).Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed.Assist with onboarding of new users.Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users.
