IT Technician / PC Technician

The PC Refresh Specialist is part of the Information Technology Service Desk Team who will be responsible for the company’s ongoing PC refresh process to include asset management with our IT Asset Management System (ITAM). The process will include but is not limited to receiving computer inventory, imaging computers, installing licensed software, and engaging with our end user community by deploying new computers and reclaiming legacy computers.

• Proficient with Microsoft Operating System Windows 10
• Complete multiple PC refreshes daily with strong attention to detail
• Provide exceptional customer service while working in a fast-paced environment
• Provide technical support for end user
• Document actions and solutions performed
• Work with computer vendor to open/close hardware support calls
• Asset Management to include checking packing slip and other delivery data against initial order and received asset tracking worksheet to verify received goods are correct and complete with in ITAM
• Asset Management to assignment of assets to individuals and record location data for users in the initial phase of the process, track Asset Tag, Model Number, Serial Number and assigned User throughout entire process
• Work with the Asset and Property Management team in e-waste of legacy PCs

• 1 – 2 years of related experience
• Experience withService Desk / ticketing platform.
