- Schedule Option 1 (40 hour per week – over 5 days)
- 10:00 – 7:00 pm Monday – Thursday (8 hours per day w/ 1 hr lunch)
- 8:00 – 5:00 Fridays (8 hours per day w/ 1 hr lunch)
- Documents and implements system standards and procedures. Monitors to ensure user adherence.
- Configures, and tests computer hardware, networking software and audio visual systems.
- Provides audio-visual and multi-media technical services to faculty, staff and students of university schools and departments for special events, instructional, classroom, and/or business purposes.
- Demonstrates usage of classroom audio-visual equipment to faculty, staff and students
- Participate in helpdesk support and maintain stakeholder’s systems.
- Perform other technical related duties as required.
- Knowledgeable with networking (not a beginner)

- Respond to Service Queue tickets through the ZenDesk (our ticketing system)
