Janitor Supervisor

Summary

The Janitor Supervisor is responsible for the overall supervision and implementation of base janitorial service and general supervision of the assigned team. Supervisory responsibilities are carried out in accordance with the Company policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

The salary for this position is $45,000-$90,000/year.

Minimum Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED is required.

Valid Driver’s License and proof of current automobile insurance. May be required to travel to local facilities.

Must have a minimum of two years supervisory experience.

Must possess skills to read, write and comprehend English.

S. citizenship required.

Ability to pass a background and or Govt. security clearance.

Experience:

Must have knowledge and supervisory skills necessary to plan daily work and motivate employees to successfully perform assigned duties.

Must have the ability to manage time efficiently, work with multiple supervisors and managers, as well as maintain schedules.

Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience working within a team environment and outsourced support teams.

Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Must have computer experience.
