HI,Hope you are doing greatRole: Java Developer III Location: Sunnyvale, CA (On-Site)Duration: 12 Months We’re looking for a dedicated and passionate backend Software Engineer to join our platform team and help lead the way to improve and transform the experience on X1, Flex, and XClass. In this position, you will work closely with multiple teams of software engineers, testers, & 3rd party partners within an internal Agile development environment.You love what you do because it makes a difference to developers and the end user. You are the future of awesome…Core Responsibilities• Collaborates with project stakeholders to identify product and technical requirements. Conducts analysis to determine integration needs.• Designs new software, supports applications under development and customizes current applications. Develops software update process for existing applications. Assists in the roll-out of software releases.• Provides technical leadership throughout the design process and guidance with regards to practices, procedures and techniques.• Assists in tracking and evaluating performance metrics.• Works with Quality Assurance team to determine if applications fit specification and technical requirements.• Displays expertise in knowledge of engineering methodologies, concepts and skills and their application in the area of specified engineering specialty.• Displays expertise in process design and redesign skills.• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.Preferred Qualifications:• Strong application development experience with Java and Sprint Boot.• Working experience with microservice development.• Working experience with Unit testing and test automation.• Working experience with Maven or similar build tools• Experience developing software systems with AWS.• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes or other containerization frameworks.• Experience with Shell Scripting and git.• Experience with build/deployment automation (Concourse a plus).• Nice to have: Go development experience.• Nice to have: Logging, Metrics, and Tracing experience.Regards,Rajesh PasumarthiTechnical Recruiter MatchPoint SolutionsPhone: +1 | Email: rajesh@matchpointsolutions.com| Website:www.matchps.com
