Java Developer

Rate Range: $60 - $75/hr on W2

• Develop and maintain RESTful java based micro services leveraging Spring boot and non-blocking, asynchronous frameworks
• Develop services leveraging AWS managed services such as:
  • Lambda (Python and Java)
  • SNS/SQS
  • API Gateway
  • DynamoDB
• Active participation within a scrum team for the following:
  • daily status updates
  • providing code reviews for other team members
  • designing new features
  • sharing knowledge across other teams
• Production support including responding to production outages
• Working directly with teams from across the organization for development and defect fixes
• 3+ years of experience in developing business critical software using Enterprise Java/J2EE, Web Services, REST, object oriented programming analysis and design
• Experience with web service frameworks such as JAXRS and Spring
• Proficient in software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
