The ERP Integration Manager has primary responsibility for managing ERP implementation and improvements throughout the organization. Another important skill candidates should have is leading and analyzing key process improvements and working with partners in respective business units to identify and roll out such improvements within the scope of the ERP systems. The ERP Integration Manager will demonstrate the ability to ramp-up quickly and be productive by understanding the existing ERP implementation and current business process around installed applications/modules. This permanent employment opportunity is based in the Ontario, California area.What you get to do every single day- Come together with ERP system vendor to resolve issues related to the use or functionality of the ERP system- Accountable for implementation of ERP systems and its modules within the organization- Charged with the refinement and update of ERP technical instructions and user documentation- Be the point of escalation for any issues related to requests across the enterprise, researching and resolving day-to-day issues related to the system or processes, and the ERP systems- Schedule and guide the execution of implementation projects, including day-to-day issues, project management, and risk management- Team up with main employees to define and realize functionality that provides operational improvements- Collude with various business stakeholders to roll out new processes, functionality, and ongoing process improvements to the systems- Supervise with various organization employees to abundantly train on processes and procedures of ERP- Mandatory status reporting to senior leadership Requirements - Network Monitoring Tools experience preferred- Comprehensive knowledge of ERP Solutions- Foundational knowledge in System Upgrades- System Installation experience- Strong familiarity with Network Security - Demonstrate ERP configuration through the development of a proof of concepts - This position serves as the key ERP configuration resource and ensures successful implementation of new functionality and/or processes within project timelines- Resourceful project management background - Applicants with 2 successful enterprise ERP implementation projects in their past experience are preferred - Are you looking for work that requires strong understanding of ERP modules and related business process framework, EPR Security, and inbound and outbound integrations with ERP? - You'll be required to lead configuration testing efforts and help the team to configure and test integrations between Workday and third party/custom solutions- 5+ years of ERP implementation experience - This job is for someone who can thoroughly document requirements, conceptual design, and end-to-end processes Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
