We're looking for dedicated individuals to take on the role of Cleaner within our short-term rental management company. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a leading team in the vacation rental industry.

Job Responsibilities:

Thorough cleaning and resetting of vacation rental properties between guest stays.

Ensuring properties meet The Coastal Project's standards of cleanliness and readiness.

Flexible scheduling to accommodate the dynamic needs of short-term rentals.

Reporting any damages or maintenance needs to management promptly.

Following all processes and daily tasks as directed.

Requirements:

Reliable transportation vehicle to travel between properties.

Flexibility in hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet our guests' needs.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Experience in cleaning or housekeeping is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with the right attitude.

30+ hours a week.
