Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Jr. Paralegal in our San Francisco, California office. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our operations, handling legal software and case management while providing top-notch communication to our clients.Responsibilities Utilize legal software such as LexisNexis to handle case management effectively Prepare briefing materials and manage claim administration Use Adobe Acrobat and other tools to create and manage banner ads Maintain communication with clients and team members, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly Handle calendar management tasks for the legal team Participate in billing functions, ensuring all client accounts are up-to-date Monitor client accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary Requirements Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat to handle digital files and documents efficiently. Familiarity with Banner Ads, indicating a basic understanding of digital marketing. Experience with Case Management Software to manage and streamline legal cases. Ability to use Legal Software for performing various legal tasks and research. Knowledge of LexisNexis for conducting legal research and case studies. Ability to handle Billing Functions, ensuring accurate and timely client billing. Capable of Briefing, demonstrating strong summarizing and presentation skills. Experience in Calendar Management to efficiently schedule meetings and events. Skills in Claim Administration, to manage and process legal claims effectively. Excellent Communication skills for clear and effective interaction with clients, lawyers, and judicial personnel.
