Jr. Staff Accountant

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Jr. Staff Accountant in Foothill Ranch, California. In this role, you will be pivotal in maintaining financial records and processing transactions within our organization. You will be actively involved in tasks such as accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and account reconciliations. Responsibilities Accurately process accounts payable and receivable transactions Perform account coding for financial transactions Conduct regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy Utilize accounting software systems for data entry and record keeping Leverage ERP solutions to automate and streamline financial tasks Maintain and analyze account entries for accuracy Carry out accounting functions as per established procedures and regulations Use Adobe Acrobat and Dynamics NAV as part of your daily tasks Regularly update and maintain accurate customer credit records Address and resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts. Requirements Proficiency in Account Coding is essential. Experience with Accounting Software Systems is required. Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat is desirable. Knowledge of Dynamics NAV will be advantageous. Proficiency in ERP Solutions is required. Ability to perform Account Analysis is integral to the role. Experience in preparing Accounting Entries is necessary. Understanding of Accounting Functions is required. Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is essential. Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary.
