We are seeking an excellent, happy, easy going ( no drama) worker with house manager / facility or caregiving experience. We provide Free room and board / Free FOOD/ FREE wifi/Free laundry, Free utilities, FRee Cable and Internet.

Long term position.

Must be able to cook and prepare healthy nutritious meals 3x daily/ able to wash laundry/ communicate effectively/ clean house and look after high functioning adults. Outside smoking OK, no alcoholics or drug person on property. Must have good strong communication skills, positive energy and good spirit and (no) negativity. Have good can do attitude, hard worker, no drug or alcohol past history. Open minded, amiable, cares about others, likes caregiver Job, can work fast pace job, not slow. Understand the task and job assignment. Good attitude wanted, High energy person, teachable, able to focus, no distractions, no family problems.

Not a senior board and care job. Provide reminders for adls. Will Gladly work with other house manager, no problem. It's a 6 day live in job. Please call for more information. Salary negotiable based on experience. Remember free room and board provided.
